Cynthia’s Bistro located in Friday Harbor in the beautiful San Juan Islands.  A convenient walk from the ferry landing, Cynthia’s Bistro is known for it’s innovative menu selections including a full espresso bar, fresh baked pastries, local and European wine selection as well as micro brews. Cynthia’s Bistro is housed in a renovated 1920’s home and is comfortable for small and large groups. A large deck seating 40 opens up in the warmer months and is surrounded by a beautiful garden interspersed with Plum and Apple Trees. Live music is often being staged under the plum trees in the warm summer evenings!

Bistro Breakfast & Lunch: Cynthia’s Signature Dishes & Custom Burgers & Bowls
Thursday through Sunday – 9am to 2pm – Cynthia’s Bistro offers her signature breakfast & lunch favorites, as well as a brand new Signature & Custom Burgers & Bowls menu! Choose from one of her signature favorites, or create your own!

Bistro Dinners
Friday & Saturday – 5:00pm to 8:30pm – Cynthia’s Bistro is now offering dinners on Friday & Saturday evenings, featuring customer favorites and seasonal specials. Often accompanied by live music featuring local musicians! Reservations accepted.

Cynthia’s also is a weekly vendor at the San Juan Island Farmer’s Market for the last 2 years offering sweet & savory pastries.  Working alongside the local farmer’s has given Cynthia’s access to fresh, locally grown ingredients to create many of the menu offerings at the Bistro.

Cynthia’s Of Course offers a relaxed avenue for your catering needs. Whether you are planning a casual event, a formal celebration or business gathering, Cynthia’s professional approach to your catering needs will you to experience a relaxed and successful event.

Owner, Cynthia Burke, has been in the food and hospitality service for over 35 years. While owning or managing restaurants & catering companies, Cynthia has combined her organizational skills along with imaginative menu selections to bring forth successful catering events of all styles. At Cynthia’s, our goal is to assist you in the planning and completion of your event using the freshest local products and creative menu choices while considering the budget goals in place. In order to completely assist you we offer the following:

• Planning & consultation preceding the event to assist you in coordinating the many details surrounding your particular event.
• Menu selections (Cynthia’s is happy to work with any special recipes or menus requests you may have in addition to our menu offerings)
• Rental assistance of various items to complete your catering needs (table linens, table service, music, halls, tents etc.)
• A list upon request of various companies which may assist you in your event planning – florists, Church & ministries, Bed & Breakfasts, Rental companies.
• Assistance in set-up, breakdown, bar service, wait service, cleaning service.
